Shipping Policy
All orders processed by Five3 Fabrication Pty Ltd will be dispatched within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) via Australia Post . After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive a tracking notification from Australia Post when your order has been shipped.

Five3 Fabrication Pty Ltd shall not in any event be liable to the purchaser for any loss of profits or any other consequentail loss or damage caused to the purchaser by any delay in delivery or non-delivery of the goods.

Five3 Fabrication Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any damage caused by delivery service, all items are inspected before dispatch to ensure quality.
We do NOT offer international shipping.
Return & Refund Policy
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are not entitlied to return a product if there is no breach of a consumer guarantee.

You can ask the business for a replacement or refund but you are not always entitled to one. For example, if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase or no longer had use for it.

A replacement product or refund may be requested for faulty items or incorrect dispatchment of orders. The business may take into consideration the time that has passed since you bought the product. All requests for incorrect dispatchment must be made within 30days of purchase. For faulty items Five3 Fabrication Pty Ltd may take into account the length of time which it is reasonable for the product to be used and the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.

Please include your order number, specific description of the issue/damage, photographs and a clear explanation of your reason for refund. If the refund/replacement product is authorised, you will recieve an email with return instructions. We will endevour to reply to you request within 72 business hours.
